We are happy to accept any item back as long as you let us know within 14 days after delivery and it's in the same condition as we deliver to you and not been worn. If you would like a refund it will be paid back to the same method as you paid us.
You must fill in the return form within your account area to notify us that you want to return any item. The return cost will have to be paid by yourself.
If the item has arrived faulty we will try and replace it, exchange or refund as you would like, the return cost will be paid by us.
In-store Sale items discounted over 10% are excluded from our 14 day returns policy unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
